Why Jade exists

Most brokerages are built for the brokerage. We built ours for the agent.

Jade is independent and owner-operated, right here in Colorado — and that isn’t a line for the footer. It’s the reason the place runs the way it does. Decisions get made down the hall, by people who know this market, instead of coming down from a franchise playbook written in another state.

So we put our energy into the handful of things that actually move an agent’s business: tools that do real work, marketing that gets done without you becoming a full-time designer, and support you can reach the moment a deal gets complicated. The rest — the mandatory meetings, the production minimums, the one-right-way — we left out on purpose.

And we stay small by choice. Boutique enough to know your name and what you’re working toward; serious enough to grow your business right alongside ours.
